Provide all needed material, labor, equipment, etc. to complete snow removal from sidewalks and parking lots and put salt down on both the parking lots and the sidewalks for the City of Piqua Downtown Public Parking & Sidewalk areas as indicated in yellow (parking lots) and purple (sidewalks) on the attached maps for the period of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. This contract will renew for successive one-year periods, unless cancelled within 30 days of expiration by written notice from either party, for a total of five years. Please enter your price per occurrence for each of the locations of the parking areas and sidewalks as shown in the tables below: Snow removal 1"-3" Snow removal 3-6 Snow removal 6"-9" Snow removal over 9" per hour/per truck Snow removal over 9" per hour/per shoveler Price for salting parking lots Equipment mobilization fee once per season 1. City Hall Parking lot (201 W. Water St.) including Police Dept. lot and area in front of Fire Dept. garage doors and two lots between Main St. and Wayne. St. - approx. 96,000 sq. ft. 2. Public Parking area behind the Fort Piqua Plaza between Wayne St. and Ash St. - approx. 19,000 sq.ft. 3. Public Parking area at Water St. and Main St. - approx. 11,000 sq. ft. 4. Square Parking areas and three Quad parking areas - approx. 25,000 sq. ft.
