CMHA seeks to establish pricing with a company that can remove snow at various properties during the Cleveland Snow Season. Snow will be removed from parking areas, aprons, curb-cut parking spaces, streets, and sidewalks. Snow and ice shall be plowed/ removed when snowfall is 2” and above from parking surfaces, driveways, aprons, sidewalks, and salt application. Salt applications will be required when temperatures are below freezing and precipitation forms ice on all surfaces. Snow and Salt application will be required twice a day if required by current weather conditions. Snow will be placed on the grass in an area that does not block resident entrances, streets, drives, sidewalks, parking areas, aprons, curb cuts, trash containers, dumpsters, gas meters, vehicles, fire hydrants, or any utility access or drainage routes found on the property. The contractor shall not pile snow on landscaping in a manner that would impede the drainage of melting snow, rain run-off, or the piling of additional snow from future plowing. Snow must be as far away from residents or office locations as possible.
