ONE (1) Small Unmanned Aircraft (sUAS) (“drone”) System, For law enforcement / first responder activities. The sUAS (drone) System shall: 1. Be listed on the DoD’s Defense Innovation Unit’s Blue UAS Cleared List (“Blue List”) AND/OR National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) certification. 2. Weigh no heavier than 30 lbs. (pounds, total gross weight of the actual sUAS flight platform and components). This does not include carrying case and ground accessories. 3. Meet or exceed a minimum of 60 minutes of flight time. 4. Be able to launch and land vertically. 5. Have thermal sensors and a color zoom with at least 40x capability. 6. Have an Ingress Protection (IP) rating of 45 or better. 7. Have encrypted communications. 8. Have a minimum of two (2) lithium-ion battery packs (or equivalent), and (at least) one (1) battery charger. 9. Have a Military standard (MIL-C-4150J) hard carrying case for all components. 10. Have a minimum of two (2) sets of extra propellers. 11. Have a standard factory warranty (provide details). 12. Include pricing for extended warranty / service plan options, if available, AND details. 13. Have vendor supplied setup and training (provide details). 14. Bidders are requested to honor their quoted price for a period of ninety (90) days from date of bid opening, if possible. This is to allow time for the required sUAS procurement processing by Ohio EMA and FEMA. Bidders shall specify the quote expiration date on BOTH the “Quote Form – May 2025,” AND the bidder’s quote letterhead / form.
