The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment required to perform operations necessary for sewer backup cleaning services as outlined herein. Water damage restoration and cleanup services include, and may not be limited to, the following services and components identified in the Global Consent Decree and for which procedures are developed by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): • Wet vacuuming or other removal of spillage; • Mopping bare floors with cleaning solution and disinfectant; • Wiping walls with cleaning solutions and disinfectant; • Flushing out and disinfecting plumbing fixtures; • Removal of damaged and contaminated goods; • Other related supporting services as detailed in Xactware or related software • Psychrometry and Drying Technology • Equipment, Instruments, and Tools • Antimicrobial (biocide) Technology • Safety and health • Inspections, Preliminary Determinations and Pre-Restoration Evaluations • Contents Evaluation, Restoration and Remediation • Materials and Assemblies
