The selected vendor must provide services needed by the AGO including, manufacturer authorized and certified maintenance and repair services for Multi-Mission Handheld Mass Spectrometer equipment. • All necessary parts, labor, shipping, and travel for the maintenance and repair services must be included. Replacement parts used in the maintenance and repair services must be manufacturer authorized and certified as detailed in applicable instrument user guides. • The services needed will be on demand with a general response time of no more than forty-eight (48) hours after receipt of a service call or work order request from BCI. • The option for loaner instruments is required when offsite service must be performed on instruments. Any loaner instruments must be manufacturer authorized and certified to meet the specifications required by 908 Devices. • Software must be updated remotely to the current version upon the request of BCI. • The selected vendor must also provide Reachback services for the review of data and test results and issue applicable Reachback reports.
