The Columbus Public Health (CPH) Senior Leadership Team (SLT), consisting of 16 members, including three new additions, is vital for the health of the City of Columbus. They aim to improve cohesion, trust, communication, and accountability as they evolve with new leadership during difficult times. This project is to design and facilitate a retreat for the SLT. Desired Outcomes; Motivate SLT members, enhancing relationships through team-building activities that foster trust and collaboration. Provide practical tools for addressing challenges in leadership during these unsettling times. Ensure a data-driven retreat, utilizing survey insights to promote alignment and unified leadership. Scope of Services; The facilitator will: Conduct a pre-retreat needs assessment via surveys or interviews with SLT members. Design and deliver an engaging retreat agenda with evidence-based practices, interactive sessions, and team-building activities. Summarize breakout session themes and insights for the group. Provide a micro-learning session on a prioritized topic. Adjust the agenda in real-time based on participant feedback. Include a fun team development activity. Deliver a post-retreat summary report and collaborate on a communication plan for sharing results.
