Specifications include, but are not limited to: Fire alarm system: • Furnish and install fire alarm control panel and booster power supplies. • Apply for permit from AHJ, and coordinate with AHJ for final inspection. • Furnish and install six pull stations. • Furnish and install ten compact wall horn strobes. • Furnish and install seven compact wall strobes. • Furnish and install two duct detector accessories, and two duct detector sensors. • Provide all electrical work and permits. Security system: • Furnish and installation of a new alarm keypad installed at the front desk of the visitor center. • Furnish and installation of a high-power cellular antenna to provide service to the new system. • Furnish and installation of seven motion detectors, to replace the current devices in their existing locations. • Furnish and installation of 360-degree motion detector located on the ceiling of the display area. • Furnish and installation of four new wireless door contacts on the east end of the building, three new hardwired door contacts on the west end of the building, one overhead door contact above the wet lab area, and reuse of current door contact on the entrance of the building.
