A. Respondent shall provide security and intrusion monitoring for all OOD locations listed in Table One, twentyfour (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, three hundred and sixty-five (365) days a year. B. For each OOD office location, Respondent shall provide the OOD Facilities representative a method for direct contact, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, three hundred and sixty-five (365) days a year. C. Respondent shall perform a monthly test call to each security connection to verify system performance. Test call results shall be documented on the monthly event history report showing date and time of call as well as connection results. D. Respondent shall maintain an intrusion zone list at each OOD location. For locations that do not have an intrusion zone list, the Respondent shall create one and provide the intrusion zone list to the OOD Facilities representative. E. Respondent shall ensure all Digital Security Controls (DSC) panels at OOD locations possess the updated programming to change the call string, allowing intrusion panels to call the monitoring company.
