Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Security Service Company must be a State of Ohio licensed private Security Company, an Equal Opportunity Employer, and shall provide evidence of said licensing. 2. All guards must have proper certification and comply with all City, County, and State regulations pertaining to unarmed and armed guards. 3. All guards must meet current minimum standards and requirements set forth by the Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission. 4. All guards shall provide evidence that they have passed the 120 hour Private Security Training Course, as administered by the State of Ohio, Office of the Attorney General, Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission, 30 East Broadway Street, Columbus, OH, 43215. 5. Billing by the successful bidder will be on a monthly basis. No payments will be made in advance of work performed. 6. The Security Service Company will provide supervisory site visits a minimum of once a week.
