1. Supply the AGO with a variety of secure shred bins and cabinets with volume capacities of at least 36-gallons and up to 96-gallons. o All shred bins are to be delivered locked and placed in office areas designated by the AGO, in Section 2.2. Locations described below. 2. Regularly scheduled pick-up of records for destruction from the secure shred bins. o If bins are picked up, they must be replaced with an empty secure shred bin of the same size. o Bins may not be emptied until they are transferred to the vendor’s shredding facility. o If empty bins are collected, they will not be charged for. 3. Off schedule drop-offs or pickups may be requested by the AGO. 4. The vendor may be asked to pick up boxes of records, separate of the secure shred bins. 5. Pick-ups must be made by trained, uniformed personnel using trucks equipped with GPS tracking capability.
