Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project will consist of two distinct phases; Assessment Phase & Implementation Phase. Assessment Phase review existing district academic & non-academic facilities to document existing conditions in regards to building and site access control, visitor management, security surveillance and risk management. It is anticipated that one or more construction projects may be initiated to implement accepted recommendations. The anticipated project budget is $500 - $750k. The lead team will consist of a Security Specialist and a proposed Architect of Record. **Note that an Architect or Engineer of Record will be required for the design and construction administration of any implemented recommendations and must be included in the team structure
