Fully Skirted Underside 38kw Diesel Generator (ex. A hydraulic movable/raisable deck shall be affixed to the rear of the trailer to simulate a deck/balcony. The deck shall have safety railings and access points to accommodate laddering the platform. The movable deck shall have a battery back-up system. Interior Search and Rescue layout and specifications: Interior stairs to the second floor shall be of a scissor style and be located at the tongue platform step-up. First Floor Layout: Configured to look like a small apartment, which includes a bedroom, living-room, non-working kitchen and non-working bathroom. All furnishings shall be constructed of non-destructible material. Second Floor Layout: Open floorplan with portable 4-foot-wide panels to layout different room configurations (COM to determine number of panels). Panels shall be constructed of aluminum and have attachments to connect to the wall, ceiling, floor and other panels. The floor shall be laid out in a grid system with pockets so that the panels can be secured into the floor. Exterior Paint shall be black (approved by COM) and the base/clearcoat shall be wet sanded and buffed to a show finish. Exterior: Provide an allowance for total wrap package of trailer for graphics. Trailer shall Include a 2-Year Warranty (minimum). Training: The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive user training to all users (identified by COM).
