To establish an Indefinite Quantity Agreement for Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Services to include Annual Certifications, Recertification, Bench Testing, Maintenance and Repair, including parts, on an as needed basis. SCOPE OF SERVICES: Testing shall be in strict accordance with published test methods by an authorized Scott service center using Scott authorized test equipment. Bench Tests of our SCBA shall be performed onsite by a factory-trained, tested, and certified technician using the manufacturers' approved software on a PosiChek 3 computerized SCBA Performance Tester. Testing shall be done on-site by mobile testing truck. No shipping of units shall be required. Each SCBA will be brought out to service truck, bench tested by a factory trained certified technician, and labeled with recertification date.
