For furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment, and performing all work necessary to install various Sewer Backup Prevention Program (SBUPP) equipment (pumps and valves) and appurtenances to protect eligible private properties from surcharging public sewer and for repairs to installed SBUPP equipment and appurtenances that may require construction services as part of an overall customer service program that responds to sewage backups from sanitary and combined sewers in building structures on a per project, as needed basis. This work includes, but is not limited to: • Mechanical pumping systems, chambers, valves, backflow preventers • Upgrades/changes to internal and external plumbing • Upgrades/changes to electrical services associated with operating the prevention measure • Waterproofing of affected areas • Interior/exterior storm drainage modifications
