Specifications include, but are not limited to: Business processes and migrate our information systems to a new platform. That new platform is the mySAP Business Suite and Campus Management solution, which includes the SAP Business Warehouse, Enterprise Portal, and CRM solutions. Working with CIBER Enterprise Solutions the University completed the project preparation and blueprinting phases of the implementation in 2005. We are completing implementation with ERP2005, CRM2005, NetWeaver2004s, and related components. Our first go-live is targeted for February 2007, consisting of Financials, Integrated Planning using Business Intelligence, reporting via BI and Enterprise Portal for FI users. The University is transitioning from CIBER as our primary implementation partner. This RFP is issued to solicit proposals from qualified, experienced, financially sound, and responsible firms (Offerors) to provide consulting services for various aspects of the remaining work in functional, technical, and project management areas. Section II - scope of the implementation The following software components are being employed within the current scope of the project: NetWeaver 2004s and other cross-module components SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence - BI 7.0 and BI Java 7.0 (initial go-live February 2007 for Financials; build out to support all areas) SAP NetWeaver Portal - EP 7.0 (initial go-live February 2007 for Financials; build out to support all areas) SAP Biller Direct (to support Campus Management and TEM requirements) Extensive integration with 3rd party systems using SAP tools Electronic workflows, Smartforms, and Interactive Forms using Adobe Document Services (high priority items at module go-lives; build out as resources allow) Financials - Go-live planned for February 2007
