ODVS/OVHS is Requesting a Quote (RFQ) for Repair, replacement of needed parts, and repair humidifiers in two (2) air handlers. ODVS/OVHS is requiring the Contractor to test and verify that humidifiers are working properly after completion of their work. AHU 6: Two (2) bad water level sensor boards. Two (2) connection plug 5 position Scope: Disconnect water and electric to humidifier. Provide and install all the parts stated above. Reinstall unit. Reconnect water and electricity. Test and verify proper operation of unit. AHU 8: One (1) bad water level sensor boards. One (1) connection plug 5 position Scope: Disconnect water and electric to humidifier. Provide and install all the parts stated above. Reinstall unit. Reconnect water and electricity. Test and verify proper operation of unit.
