TV20 is seeking a comprehensive royalty-free media asset subscription service that supports our local government television cable broadcast productions and digital media platforms. We are requesting a proposal that can meet the following requirements: Scope of Services; The requested subscription service must provide access to the following types of creative assets: Royalty-Free Music; Royalty-Free Sound Effects; Stock Video Footage; Stock Photography; Graphic Assets and MOGRT files, including transitions and lower thirds; Premiere Pro Template Projects; Premiere Pro Presets; After Effects Template Projects; After Effects Presets; These assets will be used in the creation of original content for both linear television and online media, including but not limited to social media and YouTube platforms. License Requirements; The license must allow perpetual use of any completed projects created during the subscription period, even after the subscription ends. All content must be royalty-free with no additional usage or performance fees. License must be valid for local government television cable broadcast and online digital distribution, including but not limited to social media and YouTube platforms. No attribution credit should be required for the use of any asset in completed projects. User Access; The subscription must allow at least one active user login with full access to all features and assets. Contract Term; TV20 is open to reviewing monthly or annual subscription options.
