Conduct weekly Catholic mass. Catholic Catechism/Faith Enrichment weekly At least annually, Sacrament of Anointing of the sick Conduct Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) weekly, additional times during Lent Provide general Pastoral care and program administration to incarcerated person which may include consulting concerning religions issues, grief care/memorial services, crisis pastoral counseling, pastoral visitation with incarcerated person, plan and coordinate Christmas, Easter and any ongoing services. Attend an annual Religious Service Meeting-Mandatory Make referrals of incarcerated person to appropriate services Distribution of religious literature and/or materials Assistance of chaplains in appropriate duties and/or conducting of religious programs The contractor must submit the completed Specialized Ministry Log along with a signed and dated Letter Head Invoice with their respective vendor number reflected, before the 10th of each month. An invoice number should be included. Provide Specialized Ministry Services including: Pastoral care and/or visitation of incarcerated person in special units. This may include segregation, hospital hospice care, living units or visiting room. Conduct funeral services for Catholic incarcerated person. Any other requested specialized ministry services and compensation must be pre-approved by the Central Office Religious Services Administrator. To receive the weekly stipend of specialized ministry, the Contractor must document three of the activities listed under this ministry section.
