The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to obtain Professional, Architectural/Engineering (A/E) services for the design of renovations for Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) Richfield facility. The scope of work for this project includes parking lot replacement(s), including but not limited to, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks/aprons, exterior stair replacement, concrete pads, curbs, and drain basins. The scope of the project also includes interior renovations of OPOTA workspaces, classrooms, administrative, and auxiliary spaces converted to BCI functional spaces. The interior renovations scope of work will include, but is not limited to, MEP & Technology, Fire Protection, lighting modifications to support layout changes, and finishings & furniture
