This specification covers the furnishing of all plant labor, equipment, and materials for the revitalization of one (1) or more production wells per year with the exception of certain work specified to be performed by others. It is the intent of these specifications to give a general outline and procedure for the work to be performed. It is realized, however, that the nature of the work and the procedures followed may vary depending upon conditions encountered as the work progresses. The City shall have the right to modify the procedures outlined herein to best suit the conditions encountered as work progresses. All work shall adhere to the current version of Ohio Administrative Code 3745-9 (Water Well Standards)
