1. Provide financially-based, measurable, City specific Performance Guarantee(s) to assure high level of service to the City staff and its Retiree population. 2. Provide implementation specific performance guarantees with meaningful fees at risk to support an effective transition if the City selects your organization effective January 1, 2025. 3. Provide a dedicated Account Manager, Claims Issue and Eligibility contact, and agree to change those contacts upon request by the City. 4. Provide day-to-day consultation on matters pertaining to enrollment, claims status, discrepancies, disputes and plan interpretation. 5. Provide training for City staff regarding the plan and/or internal plan systems. 6. Provide administrative services for the plan, claims processing, research and resolution of any issues, complaints, or problems. 7. Investigate and resolve administrative and claims problems within a timely manner agreed upon by City staff and health care consultant.
