ODOT is planning to replace 6 Rest Area Buildings at three locations throughout the state. CMR services for all these projects will be selected concurrently. The top 3 ranked CMR teams will be short-listed for interviews for the three project locations. Each proposer is required to specify what team members will be assigned to each individual project. Each project will be a separate construction contract awarded to one CMR firm. Proposing firms are required to pursue all three projects as they will not be awarded to separate CMR firms. Each project scope will potentially include: demolition of existing structures to accommodate new construction, removal/repairs and/or replacement of existing sidewalks, including new sidewalks, and incorporate landscaping and graphics per the prototype standards, wastewater treatment plant repairs, & vehicular improvements. Shortlisted firms will be issued an RFP with 100% GMP documents indicating what scope is applicable to each specific project.
