1. Repair/replace/reinstall the lifted EPDM roofing material on the entire East side of the building roof. a. Repair/reinstall/replace as necessary the EPDM roofing material that has lifted from its subsurface materials Record all waste materials produced by this task on the attached waste stream form. b. Cut wall flashings where the roof is lifted allowing the membrane to settle on the subsurface. Adhere new wall flashings up and over the parapet walls, secure to existing membrane. c. Restore proper drainage to all of the affected drainage scuppers so that they will drain properly. Ensure drainage to the scuppers by installing shaped insulated foam underpanels that will direct the drainage flow to the scupper as was done on the West side of the roof. Resecure all flashings properly with correct fasteners and replace missing fasteners throughout. Reinstall and secure existing lightning protection cabling on roof. d. Installation shall meet industry standards for the installation and drainage of EPDM roofing. e. Provide a minimum of one year warranty on all repair work. 2. Finished product will be inspected by CJAGJMTC technical inspector or representative and any written warranty(s) must be provided as precondition to final payment. 3. The contractor should quote each building individually as to cost of materials and detailed list of what they intend to install or replace on each building. I f during their site visit they see alternate fixes needed, quote those fixes as well , again listed individually by building number.
