Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide secure, environmentally controlled (heated and air conditioned), and safe storage with strict access control for county records processing, storage, and retrieval operations. Lucas County is seeking a facility which will enhance the current records management program, which entails, electronic imaging, storage, tracking, retrieving, and destruction of government documents from multiple County agencies and departments. Lucas County currently possesses approximately thirty thousand boxed records and many other record documents that total approximately thirty-five thousand (35,000) cubic feet of records to be stored in an organized, documented, and retrievable manner. The desired facility will provide room for expansion of storage areas to meet future needs.
