Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Develop a year-round marketing plan for residential (and, to a lesser degree, commercial) attract-and-retain purposes that deploys an annual theme, applied to effective, beautiful, brand-building advertising that your team designs, as well as other marketing tools that target specific key audiences. • Negotiate with media outlets for annual advertising campaigns. • Create calendar version of the marketing plan for C+M reference, showing which platforms will be used every month. • Monitor performance of advertising campaigns and report monthly to C+M on analytics • Be prepared to tweak campaigns based on performance. • Be prepared to help the City respond to unforeseen marketing needs with timely, limited marketing campaigns. • Present results in monthly status meetings, reporting on creative, metrics and actionable insights for all integrated marketing touchpoints. • Organize, in concert with C+M, a four-hour photo shoot to update photo files. • Manage brand assets and City graphics standards when occasional updates are needed. • Invoice C+M for reimbursement of media placement costs as they are incurred; include with invoices copies of the advertisements along with evidence of your payment.
