The City of Columbus Recreation and Parks Department (CRPD) seeks proposals from qualified agencies who can effectively serve as the talent buyer and fiscal agent for events produced by the City of Columbus Recreation and Parks Department (CRPD) Office of Special Events. The talent buyer will be responsible for collaborating with CRPD to strategically identify artists/entertainment that will attract both local and regional audiences, purchasing talent and manage artist and event services.As fiscal agent, the selected agency will be responsible for acceptance, disbursement, accounting and reporting of designated event funds in accordance with Columbus City Code Section 321.11.1 and applicable federal, state, and local polices and law.
