Selected vendor will provide a staffing solution to support a variety of event services including but not limited to, bartenders, site operations, waste management and security. Bartenders Responsibilities include assisting in the overall operations of beverage sales: • Setting up and maintaining Square point of sale systems • Selling products • Hauling, stocking and maintaining product inventory • Taping kegs/ reporting issues with keg lines and draft trailers • Ensuring clean and uniform sales locations • All bartenders must be over the age of twenty-one (21) with a valid ID Site Operations Responsibilities include assisting in the load in, setup, teardown and load out of events: • Hauling, stocking and distribution of event supplies and materials • Able to lift and carry approximately fifty (50) pounds • Able to responsibly drive a golf cart on the festival grounds for deliveries • Certified forklift operator able to responsibly drive a forklift on the festival grounds for deliveries Waste Management Responsibilities include maintaining a clean event site: • Distributing and servicing of waste receptacles • Collection of ground litter and transport of litter to event dumpster • Cleaning tables and public seating areas • Restroom cleaning Security Responsibilities include maintaining access control and crowd management to ensure the safety and well-being of performers and attendees. Both day and overnight shifts may be required. • All security staff must be registered with the State of Ohio and with a current background check on file There are two (2) events currently scheduled that have an immediate need for event staffing services, but other events may be added. The below information is for the two (2) events with a current need. Staffing levels for each event are to be determined.
