The City of Columbus, recreation and parks is obtaining information for the purchase of 360-degree facility tour hosting site. The term of this Contract shall be one year up to three years subject to annual approval and authorization. This Contract shall not automatically renew and is subject to annual appropriation approval by City Council. The software should: Allow recreation and parks to design a custom virtual tour that highlights our facility features. Produce high quality 360 degree images throughout our venues. Use panoramic views to build a virtual tour. Have the ability to link scenes, add custom branding and integrate any special features. Have the ability to seamlessly embed our virtual tour on our website. Assist with updates and customer support. Generate 4K print quality photos, schematic floor plans and guided tours. Optional additional items could include: Using notes to add comments within a space; Creating unique measurements within the images; Social media sharing; Rental or loaning of a 3d camera; Possibility of using our own phone or camera to capture high quality 3d images for the site; For the above requirements please indicate in your proposal how you would meet our needs. Once the RFI period is over we will review the documents submitted and we may request additional presentation of information should we need clarification or have additional questions.
