In the capabilities statement, all prospective offerors shall provide documentation of FDA approval for anticipated home sleep test devices and evidence that home sleep test results can be securely transmitted to the VA IT system which must be FedRAMP approved IAW VA Handbook 6517 for all Cloud-Based services to be responsive. In addition, please note that a signed and full completed copy of the FAR 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting) compliance letter is required to be considered responsive to this source sought notice.
