Kent State University is inviting qualified experienced vendors to suggest solutions and submit proposals for delivery of a flight training management system that maintains student records, flight instructor records, flight operations (including resource management of fleet and operations), must track customer rental flights and their currencies, scheduling, payroll, curriculum, and maintain security of our information. Must maintain student qualifications, currencies and endorsements and alert if not current. The system should also alert overdue aircraft. The system should also include a Resource Management System for our aircraft maintenance department (aircraft, simulators, work orders and parts inventory). This vendor should include a Safety Management System for our Professional Pilot Program for risk management and reporting of potential risks and hazards and maintain this information in a secure encrypted environment. It should have an F.R.A.T. (Flight Risk Assessment Tool) or the capability to assess risks for pilots prior to flight. Users should have an anonymous way to report incidents.
