Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services and materials to be purchased under the terms of this bid shall be for a period of one year with two additional one year options to renew for the Division of Motor Vehicle Maintenance, Department of Public Works. The material to be purchased under the terms of this bid shall be for labor and materials necessary to repair Elgin street sweepers and all associated parts and or components relative to the equipment. This includes all parts and components included by the manufacturer on the vehicle when originally delivered, whether or not the manufacturer actually made the parts or sells them under their own brand name. However, the contract does not include accessories added by the City of Cleveland at a later date, or accessories normally sold separately, such as salt spreaders, snow plows, etc.
