1. The Project is collectively collaborating the fabrication and installation of wayfinding signage that displays SWACO’s exterior brand and sign guidelines within the built environment. This initiative aims to refresh the exterior brand, information display and signage across seven (7) designated locations within the Columbus, Ohio, area. 2. Successful Proposer shall verify existing conditions and locations of all signs, anchorage devices, and electrical service embedded in permanent construction by other installers, including the sizes and other details of any existing foundations or signage components specified to be re-used. 3. Successful Proposer shall verify all sign location conditions by field measurements before the fabrication of signs and notify SWACO Project Manager of all conditions affecting the fabrication or installation of signs. 4. Successful Proposer shall be responsible for the completed work and ensure all signs function according to the Project requirements.
