Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Offeror shall provide detail surrounding facility management of multisurface tennis and pickleball operations to assist CRC with managing, scheduling, operating tournaments, and programs under CRC purview or at CRC fields. • Oversight of the daily tennis operations at the Lindner Family Tennis Center at Lunken Playfield which includes, but is not limited to, the following: o Scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating tennis and pickleball leagues and tournaments. o Scheduling staff o Overseeing daily cash handling and deposits using CRC Rec Trac system o Scheduling tennis and pickleball court rentals o Maintaining inventory control o Completing monthly concession inventory o Enabling security systems and securing facilities at the end of each day o Notifying assigned CRC personnel of concerns and/or issues o Ensuring quality customer service daily o Working cooperatively with National Junior Tennis League, Indigo Golf, First Tee, Tony Yates Golf, and assigned CRC personnel. o Working with vendors for repairs on courts o League and tournament setup o Web content o Calendar and event planning o Work with school athletic directors for practices and league play • Contractor shall be responsible for promoting, scheduling, and providing professional tennis and pickleball lessons o The City and the CRC are amiable to the offeror instructing the lessons him or herself, providing an instructor to conduct tennis and/or pickleball lessons or leaving it to the City and CRC to assist in providing an instructor.
