o Individual, forward facing, seating for at least 30 passengers, 1 driver and 2 transport officers. o A minimum of four (4) separate, isolated and secured sections. One section must be one (1) or two (2) seats. Another section must be three (3) or four (4) seats. The other two sections will be split with neither section to have less than eight (8) seats. o Each of the secured sections will be divided by metal grating and plexiglass with secured access between all sections. o Isolated and secured bathroom required. o Handicap lift for wheelchair access into an isolated and secured section. There also needs to be locking devices on the floor for two (2) wheelchairs. o Secured area for one (1) Remington 870 shotgun, three (3) Glock 22 pistols, three (3) tasers, and three (3) pepper spray containers located between the officers and secured areas. o Secured drawer for paperwork located between the officers and the secured areas. o One (1) to three (3) large, secure storage areas. Must be able to hold a total of 20 full large trash bags. o Surveillance 247 camera systems with a live view tablet access. All Seats must be visible on the camera system as well as exterior cameras for the front, rear, and both sides of the vehicle.
