Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections (Department or ODRC) is initiating this Request for Information (“RFI”) to obtain information from qualified postsecondary education Institutions (“Institutions”) that may be interested in providing postsecondary education programs to Individuals in the custody of the Department (“Individuals”) using federal Title IV Pell Grant funds and other financial aid assistance. Please include in the letter of interest contact information where an application may be sent and a person with whom the department may correspond throughout the process. Please include in the letter brief information that addresses the following topics: i. Potential workforce certifications, or degrees ii. Targeted occupations iii. Proposed support services; and iv. Facilities the higher education institution is considering providing programs in v. Transferability of credits to other institutions of higher education b. Institutions of Higher education who have an interest to start a PEP inside DRC correctional facilities in fiscal year 2024. Important**Please submit a letter of interest by May 30, 2023.
