All items being solicited are included in Volume 3. Section 1 – Prescription Labels and Prescription Supplies • Prescription Labels ▪ Thermal labels, 4" x 8", continuous roll. ▪ Approximately 320 labels per roll, 1" core, 2-color print on white background. ▪ Estimated annual usage: 670 rolls (approx. 214,400 labels). • Prescription Vials, Amber, Reversible Cap Preference for Screw Top Designs in various sizes: ▪ 11-Dram, 13-Dram, 16-Dram, 20-Dram, 30-Dram, 40-Dram, and 50-Dram. Thumb Tab Designs in various sizes: ▪ 10-Dram, 13-Dram, 16-Dram, 20-Dram, 30-Dram, 40-Dram, and 60-Dram. • Amber Oval Bottles with Safety Cap ▪ Sizes: 1 oz., 2 oz., 3 oz., 4 oz., 6 oz., 8 oz., 12 oz., and 16 oz.
