Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1: Kick-Off Meeting - The consultant team will meet with City staff to discuss the scope of the project, assess the available documents/data to review, confirm the project schedule, and establish the parameters of stakeholder & community engagement. Task 2: Project Management - This task will facilitate clear and consistent project management. The respondent will start by developing a Project Management Plan (PMP). The PMP will include an overall schedule for the deliverables in Tasks 3-8 (or 9 if proposing for Optional Task 9), including timeframes for review. The respondent will establish a process to incorporate feedback and input from City staff, a Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), public comments, other local/regional stakeholders, and partner agencies (see Task 5). Deliverable(s): ● Project Management Plan (PMP); Task 3: Background Review and Data Collection - The consultant team will review and analyze the City’s existing parks, recreation, and open space policies, plans, programs, and governance structure, as well as any regional planning documents and resources, that will provide the foundation for the master planning effort.
