Demolish and remove structure and all construction debris associated with this residence. To include: House, house contents, and porches ~ 1,760sqft (7 total rooms and covered porch). House has a crawl space with no basement. Metal shed building and all contents (~250’ south of house, and up the hill); Landscaping, flower beds, sidewalks and concrete pad in front of house; Water well pump shed is to remain intact and undisturbed. The Large Pole building and two car detached garage are to remain undisturbed. Regrade demolition footprint by leveling dirt, planting contractor grade grass seed, and strawing bare ground. (changing the contour is not required, only smoothing the existing ground to allow for seeding, mulching and subsequent mowing)
