Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of The Franklin County Municipal Court Judges to obtain formal bids to establish a new contract for unarmed, uniformed security services at 375 South High Street with special qualifications as stated in the bid specifications. Contract security guards will be required to cover second and third shifts on weekdays and twenty-four hours on weekends and holidays for an estimated weekly minimum total of 369 hours. Guards must hold a state Peace Officer's Training Academy Certificate or a Military Police Officer Certificate. The contractor must have a local office that is located in Franklin or a contiguous county. The first year of the contract will be from 7/1/14-6/30/17.
