ODVS/OVHS is Requesting a Quote (RFQ) for the comprehensive cleaning of the Penthouse. Perform a full cleaning of the Mechanical room, including removal of dust, debris, and surface contaminants. Clean and disinfect all walls, ceiling, floors, vents, and surrounding structural components. ODVS/OVHS is requiring the Contractor to provide before and after photos of the Penthouse. ODVS/OVHS is Requesting a Quote (RFQ) for the cleaning, disinfection, and mold/mildew remediation of two (2) Air Handler units located in the 3 South Penthouse. Elimination of visible biological growth and prevent airborne contamination in accordance with healthcare HVAC Standards, ASHEAR recommendations, and EPA guidelines. ODVS/OVHS is requiring the Contractor to conduct a pre-cleaning inspection of each Air Handler. ODVS/OVHS is requiring the Contractor to implement Lockout/Tagout procedures before work begins. ODVS/OVHS is requiring the Contractor to Clean and Disinfect. Remove visible dust, debris, and organic material from all internal surfaces of the air handler. Clean and disinfect coils, drip pans, fan assemblies, access panels, and interior surfaces. Use HEPA vacuuming and mechanical scrubbing as necessary. Clean or replace filters as directed by facility representative. Check dampers, insulation, and drain lines for damage or contamination. ODVS/OVHS is requiring the Contractor to use only approved disinfectants, Contractor must use one of the following EPA-registered disinfectants approved for HVAC systems. Vital Oxide – EPA Reg.
