1. Provide new entrance and exit access gates as shown in the drawings. Provide a high and low access control card reader for entrance gate. Provide a sub-grade vehicle detection loop for both the entrance and exit gates. Incorporate CMHA access control contractor provided work including associated their associated fees into your bid. 2. Provide new 120V, 20A branch circuits from existing basement panel H1 for new gate equipment as shown. 3. Provide new access control cable and conduit between the new access gate card readers and the existing main access control panel in the security booth as shown. 4. Provide system training as specified. 5. Refer to drawings and specifications for all specified project work and close out requirements. a. The Work consists of all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, verification of existing conditions, cutting and patching, removals, etc., as required to complete repairs and replacement to/and of the above mentioned project, and other work as indicated on the Drawings and in these Specifications. Contractor's Use of Premises: During construction, Contractor will have limited use of site indicated. Contractor’s use of premises is limited only by Owner's right to perform work or employ other contractors on portions of Project and as follows: 5. The Contractor shall confine all operations (including storage of materials) on Owner’s premises to areas authorized or approved by the Contracting Officer, or their designated representative. 6. Owner, or Owner’s Tenant, may occupy premises during construction. Perform construction only during normal working hours (8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday, other than holidays), unless otherwise agreed to in advance by Owner. Clean-up work areas and return to a useable condition at the end of each work period. a. Site to be kept clean and swept daily. b. It will be the Contractor’s responsibility to provide proper protection from any infiltration of, or damage by, dust, dirt, and debris to the tenants and their possessions. Liability for failure to do so will be solely the responsibility of the Contractor. All work is to be performed in a manner which will cause minimal discomfort and inconvenience to the Owner or Tenants of the property.
