Specifications include, but are not limited to: West Branch State Park Campground needs to establish a new vendor contract for washer/dryer vending. Vendor Supplied Needs: 2 electric washers and 2 electric dryers in each of 4 shower houses (8 total of each) One soap vending machine in each of 4 shower houses Needed stocking, maintenance, and repair The park will supply: Electricity and water for the machines Enclosed modern shower houses A coin change machine in our camp store Other important details: We require a 48-hour or less response time for service inquiries. The main camping season is April - October. All shower houses and machines will be available to campers 24 hours a day during this season. November - March one heated shower house remains open all year, although with lower usage. The other machines will be winterized and locked down during the off season or removed and returned if the vendor prefers. We prefer a 2-year contract with options to renew. The park staff would like to have use of the machines to wash their janitorial rags and mopheads, estimated to be 2 loads per week in the busy season. We have done this in the past with colored quarters that were returned each time the machines were emptied. Ideal to have a digital payment option as access to a change machine in the park is limited to camp store open hours.
