Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide a cybersecurity solution which scans files for viruses, malware, ransomware and other threats for a large list of Salesforce applications for the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Offeror must demonstrate the ability of the Software to meet these requirements: 1. Services are hosted from within a FedRAMP certified infrastructure. 2. Scalability to accommodate the possible scanning of files from 950,000 Ohio citizens and ability to increase scale as volumes dictate. 3. Proven experience working with state government. 4. Use of Gartner Magic Quadrant equivalent preferred that routinely receives perfect detection scores. 5. Ability to detect unknown threats using regularly updated common virus patterns. 6. Scans and blocks threats in every object in Salesforce where files can be stored. 7. Scans and blocks all threats irrelevant of the file extension. 8. Ability for Adm ins to allow and/or deny specific files and allow and/or deny files based on "true type" of file and not based on the extension or mime-type. 9. End user should not have the ability to deny files.
