Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Ohio Veterans Home-Georgetown (OVH-G) is seeking a quote from vendor to perform system testing / maintenance and emergency response services of facility access control system located at 2003Veterans Blvd, Georgetown, OH 45121. The OVH-G utilizes a Verex Access Control System with 16 door controller modules, 12 door controllers are wired to one central location, and 4 door controllers are wired to a secondary centralized location. Guardall Director is running version 4.78 and everything is operating normally. In addition to the Verex Access Control System, there are also 15 Stanley Healthcare RoamAlert Door Controllers integrated at various locations. This is primarily a standalone system, but is locally wired into badge readers and some Verex door controller components. There are also several maglocks throughout the facility.
