Therefore, any tampering with this decal shall cause it to self-destroy. NOTE: Each decal shall have a "kiss-cut", silicone, release liner, attached to the face of the decal. "Kiss-cut" is to be on liner ONLY. The adhesive placed on the face of the decal shall be permanent. C. NUMBER OF ORIGINALS: 3 D. PRESSWORK: E. NUMBERING: Starting number is HP1655501 and ending number is HP1730500.This request shall be produced without any missing, duplicated, or voided numbers. ONLY EXACT SERIES OF NUMBERS REQUIRED WILL BE ACCEPTED. Each decal has serialized range numbering. Serialized range numbering shall be 3/8" Black ink and prints on bottom center of front side of the decal. F. INK: Cover : Prints one-sided, no bleeds, in Black ink; with serialized range printed in bottom middle. Decal: Prints two-sided, head-to-head, with full bleeds on both sides. Front-side of decal is Silver Gray and Black, with Black serialized numbering. Backside of decal is Pantone 354 Green, White, and Black. Both front and back sides of decal are printed in high quality, fade resistant ink. G. BINDERY: Make booklets of cover, 20 decals, and chipboard backing, in sequential order, with the lowest number on top, by stitching twice on top. Decals within booklet are perforated 3/8" from top.
