1. DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to obtain a contractor to provide Standees for use by the Ohio Department of Health. 2. QUANTITY: 3 (exact quantity). 3 separate versions 3. UNIT PRICE AWARD: Bidder shall not insert a unit cost more than 3 digits after the decimal point. Digit(s) beyond 3, after the decimal point shall be dropped by DAS and not used in evaluation and any subsequent award. To determine the low lot total price of the ITB, the state will multiply the estimated usage of each item by its corresponding unit price and add the totals together. Failure to bid all items will disqualify your bid. 4. SPECIFICATIONS: OH Against OD Standees, 23.5” x 47”, three (3) separate versions / images shall print four color process or digital full color. Each standee will be foam core mounted on ½ white board. A. SIZE: 23.5” x 47” B. STOCK: Foam core mounted on ½ white board includes single wing easel with mounting, note illustration below. C. PRESSWORK: Shall print offset, four color process, or digital full color (600 DPI minimum) full bleeds. D. INK: Four color process or digital full color with UV fade resistant ink. E. BINDERY: Trim to size 23.5” x 47” with single wing easel with mounting. F. FINISHED TRIM SIZE: 23.5” x 47” with single wing easel with mounting.
