Please see attached Project Description The West Broad Complex Project will include planning, designing, and constructing new facilities to replace some of the existing ones while the site remains occupied. The purpose of this project is to bring the facilities that make up the complex up to date. The existing facilities are up to 60 years old and lack the provisions required to carry out ODOT’s needs in an efficient and effective manner. By implementing this project, ODOT will operate more effectively, moderate on-going necessary physical updates, reduce operating and maintenance costs, benefit from efficient adjacencies and collaboration, and function in 21st century facilities.
