Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Supplying all tools and materials. 2. Use pump to remove water any remaining water after park staff drain pool. 3. Grinding out any cracks and repairing with an appropriate epoxy resin 4. Cleaning and prepping the pool and repaired surfaces with TSP and or appropriate cleaning solution. Allowing dry time before painting. 5. Applying TremPro 626 caulk (or similar) where the steel meets concrete. 6. Applying a coat of “Kelly Technical Coatings” Epoxy pool paint (zeron or dura seal epoxy) (can be similar product but must be approved by park staff) - Pool is 50’ wide and 75’ long, it does have a U shape with an 8’ wide and 42’ long peninsula in the middle. - The pool is a zero-slope entry with a max depth of 42” - Paint will be white or blue per health code https://odh.ohio.gov/know-our-programs/publicswimming-pools/forms/approved-interior-surface-colors - Pool is in operation from Memorial Day to Labor Day and will have water in it for 2 weeks prior to opening and 1 week after closing (at a minimum) - Pool is outside and does Not have a cover and water is shut off to that area of the park by November 8 th and will not be back on till April 1st - Pool is located in the campground and will not be available on weekends for work and quiet hours are from 10pm -7am - vendor in responsible for all demo materials and to clean up site.
