All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Contractor shall be deemed to have knowledge of the nature of the work and areas to be mowed.; • Vendor shall furnish all necessary personnel, supplies, and equipment to provide landscaping services to the Division of Oil & Gas Zanesville office (see attached Appendix A). Keep weeds cleaned out around all bushes and shrubbery.; • If the vendor believes the grass does not need mowed in a given week due to weather conditions (like draught or severe wetness), the vendor may seek approval by calling Brent Bear 740-412-2945 or Eric Conrad at 330-663-4489; • Trash pickup is all trash within site of the mowed areas including rip rap, brushy areas, ditches, fishing piers etc. Some areas will have more extensive trash pickup specified below.; • Large items do not need to be removed by vendor such as couches, refrigerators, tires, etc. However, the vendor must contact Brent Bear or Eric Conrad and inform one of them, so the large item(s) can be removed.; • Trash pickup must be performed regardless of weather conditions.; • Areas to be weed trimmed include posts, signs, curbs, sea walls and any other areas within the mowed sections that become unsightly with tall weed growth. Areas outside the maintained areas do not need to be weed trimmed.; • Vendor shall trim shrubbery and bushes surrounding the perimeter of the building within the blue highlighted area, as shown on attached Appendix A, monthly.; Snow Removal: The intent of these specifications is to provide snow removal services, furnishing adequate supervision and labor to accomplish all required snow removal services.; • The contractor agrees to remove snow from the DOGRM parking lot at depth of 2 inches or greater. This will include the removal of snow from sidewalks and the application of salt as needed.; • The contractor agrees to provide their equipment and salt for this service.; • Snow removal will be required Monday thru Friday and prior to 7:00 AM, the start of the Division of Oil and Gas Resources workday.
