The Scope of Work shall include but is not limited to: 1. North Olmstead Park-N-Ride will remain open during the duration of work. The contractor shall plan a work schedule to allow for continued operations. 2. Any damage caused by the contractor shall be repaired by the contractor at no cost to the owner. Any defects in the work performed shall be corrected at contractor’s expense. Repairs shall be in accordance with project specifications. 3. Contractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local regulations. 4. Maintain minimum 13’ width of roadway for continued bus access to station. 5. Before cutting and removing pavement, contractor shall contact OUPS as well as private utility locator to verify location of underground utilities. 6. Remove existing pavement in two specified locations. This includes curb and sidewalk. 7. Install three (3) new catch basin frames in drawing specified locations. 8. All new concrete shall be graded for drainage. 9. Pour new concrete box out into drawings specified locations. 10. Pour new concrete for the pavement into drawing specified locations. This includes curb and sidewalk. 11. Include all necessary joints in drawing specified locations and seal properly. 12. Any pavement markings removed due to construction shall be replaced with approved markings and paint. 13. Restore all lawn areas to pre-construction conditions. 14. Broom clean all work areas and storage areas.
